Are your products 100% natural, or do they have any preservatives or chemicals?
Yes, all our products are completely natural — no added preservatives, artificial flavours, or colours. We believe in keeping it as close to nature as possible, as we guarantee.
Does the Millet Health Mix have any added sugar?
No, there’s no added sugar in our Millet Health Mix. The natural sweetness comes from the ingredients themselves like natural cocoa and vanilla, making it a healthier choice for the whole family.
What's the shelf life of your products, and how should I store them?
As mentioned in the packet, because it varies according to the product. Since it is a vacuum packing, the freshness will be intact inside the vacuum packing. Store in a cool, dry place, and once opened, keep the pack tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
Is your Sprouted Ragi Powder actually sprouted, or just roasted ragi?
It’s genuinely sprouted before processing — sprouting improves protein availability and protein digestibility compared to plain ragi powder. It is easier to digest than normal ragi powder.

I'm diabetic — can I have the Millet Health Mix daily?
Our Millet Health Mix is diabetic-friendly with no added sugar. That said, we’d always recommend checking with your doctor for a quantity that suits your specific condition. The nutrient information provided in the packet is from NABL-accredited lab testing facility.
Is the raw banana powder safe for my baby? She's 7 months old.
Raw banana powder is a traditional first food in many Kerala households and is gentle on a baby’s digestion. We’d still recommend introducing any new food to your baby’s diet gradually and after checking with your paediatrician.
Are your products suitable for weight loss?
Millets and ragi are naturally high in fibre and can be a good part of a balanced, weight-conscious diet, but they aren’t a standalone weight-loss solution. Best used alongside an overall healthy routine. Since the glycemic index of millet is very low, it is diabetic friendly.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Currently, No — since our products are natural and freshly packed, Cash on Delivery isn’t available right now. We know this matters to a lot of our customers, and our team is actively working on making it possible soon.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order — order as little or as much as you like!

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery time depends on your location.
My order hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?
If it’s been more than 7 days since you received your shipping confirmation email, please write to us at hornbillnaturals@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll check on it immediately and update you.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, No—Since our delivery partners are unable to accomodate address change during the transit period. We recommend double checking your address carefully before confirming your order.
Returns & Refunds
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please write to us within 4 days of delivery with a time-stamped video of your package opening, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after our inspection.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can’t be cancelled once placed. We’d recommend double-checking your order before confirming checkout.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 working days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your original payment method.

Where do your ingredients come from?
We have travelled a lot across Kerala to find the nature-best in its purest form. Our millets come from Attappady, our spices from the high ranges of Idukki, and our raw banana powder from Wayanad — all sourced directly from the different parts of Kerala, for which it is known for.
Are you a certified/licensed food business?
Yes. Our FSSAI license number —11324007001206. We also test our products in NABL-accredited laboratories, which are among the best.
Is Hornbill Naturals a Kerala-based company?
Yes, we’re rooted in Kerala’s natural food traditions, working directly with farming communities across Attappady, Idukki, and Wayanad.
